Saanvi Kodiganti, a senior in the J. Crayton Pruitt Family Department of Biomedical Engineering and president of Generational Relief in Prosthetics (GRiP), has been selected for the 2026 University of Florida Hall of Fame—one of the university’s most prestigious student honors.
Since 1921, the UF Hall of Fame has recognized a select group of students who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, academic achievement, and a sustained commitment to improving the University of Florida through campus and community involvement. Each year, no more than 25 students are chosen for this distinction.
Kodiganti’s selection reflects her outstanding leadership within UF BME and her dedication to service through GRiP, where she has helped lead initiatives focused on expanding access to prosthetic care and advancing student-driven innovation. Her research focuses on applying machine learning techniques to predict basketball shooting accuracy through BME’s Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Lab.
