Dr. David Gilland
Dr. Gilland is the Principal Investigator of the SPECT/PET Imaging Lab. Dr. Gilland received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989. From there he trained in the Department of Radiology at Duke University where he eventually became Associate Research Professor. He came to the University of Florida in 2000 and has been integrally involved in research and teaching in the Medical Physics Program within the Department of Biomedical Engineering.
