Research
Peripheral nerve interfaces/tissue-engineered electronic nerve interface
I’m interested in less invasive alternatives to obtain control schemes for functional restoration through upper limb prosthetic devices. My current research is focused on implementing electrical stimulation paradigms using the TEENI device to disrupt and characterize the foreign-body response and enhance nerve regeneration.
