This evening, undergraduate Sharma Lab researcher Olivia Liseth presented her work at the Undergraduate Research Seminar. This symposium hosted students form across UF, representing a variety of disciplines. Olivia discussed her research on Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), its role in osteoarthritis, and manganese dioxide as a potential scavenging agent to ameliorate the effects of ROS in the joint.
