Jennifer Nichols, Ph.D., assistant professor & J. Crayton Pruitt Family Term Fellow, has been named the recipient of the 2023-2024 Pramod P. Khargonekar Junior Faculty Award.
The Pramod P. Khargonekar Junior Faculty Award was created by Dr. Khargonekar, former dean of the College. It is awarded each spring to the most outstanding junior faculty member among those reviewed for tenure and promotion in the previous fall. The recipient has a record that demonstrates excellence in teaching, outstanding mentorship of students, impact in their research field and exceptional potential for growth as a leader in scholarships.
