Originally from France, Nelly graduated from UF with a PhD in biomedical engineering in 2009. Following eight years in Gainesville, she accepted a postdoctoral position at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. In 2014, Nelly began her career with GE Healthcare MR as Advanced Project Engineer in Florence, South Carolina. She has been involved in magnetic resonance for over 15 years now. Her experience across several professional environments has provided her perspective on a wide spectrum of opportunities in academic research and industry. We are excited to hear from Nelly on her professional journey from student, to academia, to the corporate world.
